It was a hip new hotel. The staff was immensely pleasant, affable. The location was good and incredible, not far from the hippodrome, the town centre and the center. It also was in separate area in the internal yard. The food they offered was good, had a lot of meals.

Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. My wife's diet has been followed without any problems and staff proactively reacted to it. We were upgraded to a very nice suite. The food in the restaurant was good, although there were very little guests. Breakfast was extensive and of excellent quality. Overall a very nice stop-over on our way south.

Good price for a very nice hotel. It was quiet and relaxing with very nice staff and good breakfast. Modern and clean.
The swimming pool was broken and could not be used - this was especially disappointing since the lakes are quite a few kilometres away and the pool seemed to be a good alternative.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Unahotels. The modern design and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with sleek furniture and excellent technical features. The complimentary fridge in the room was also a nice touch. The hotel's quiet location provided a peaceful atmosphere, and we appreciated the beautiful green area surrounding the property. The complimentary parking was convenient for our needs. The breakfast selection was diverse, with a surprising offering of vegetables and a variety of delicious cakes. The decaf coffee was exceptional, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. we were satisfied with our stay at Unahotels.
Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as the inconvenience of the non-smoking policy in rooms with balcony ash trays, a lengthy check-in process, and a slightly unclean toilet upon arrival, we still found Unahotels to be a great choice for our stay. The positives far outweighed these small issues, and we would recommend this hotel to others.

The lady at the front desk initially gave us a disabled's room which we didn't like, So she gave us a junior suite instead without additional charge. Breakfast good, Plenty of free parking including indoors.
The front desk staff should improve their knowledge of English, as not every guest is a native Italian speaker.

Located near the racecourse, the hotel's modern facilities and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread was varied and included vegetables, decaf coffee, and four kinds of cake, ensuring something for everyone. the staff was friendly and helpful, while the spacious rooms and technical solutions provided all the necessary connectors and switches.
The restaurant could have been better, given the hotel's Italian location, with a limited menu and less-than-helpful staff.

Fully meets the expectations of a 4star hotel. 20Min walk to city centre. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Friendly staff. Modern, spacious, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Cosy balcony. Beautiful swimming pool. Good price/quality room service. Enough entertainment in the bar (pool table, computers, game consoles...). Great for business seminars.
No free internet on the tv. 12€ to order an ancient movie. No interesting tv channels for foreigners, almost everything in Italian.
